How should we take minutes?

Deciding the best way to take minutes

I'm not sure what to propose, but my thinking is that Rizzoma is currently holding our most sensitive data (passwords etc) so shouldn't be public, right? However, minutes surely should be public. Should we have 2 Rizzoma threads?
We could host Minutes on our FB group, which could be nice cause it's super accessible & easy, but could get a bit messy if we have loads of documents in 'Files'... If those are the 2 best options we've got, I think probably FB group until we can find build a better alternative..

Rizzoma should never contain sensitive information such as passwords!

Rizzoma not ideal for storing passwords. I second Dans mention of lastpass.

This kind of info should not be on a service such as Rizzoma. This is kinda asking for trouble. Two separate Rizzoma threads could be good - but even a private thread should not be considered "secure".

Rizzoma, FB, G+, Trello should not be used to store such sensitive information.

Use LastPass or some other secure cross-platform password manager that allows sharing passwords securely.

I think this is a perfect example of a proposal which is in a resistance format instead of problem solving format. It's an anti-idea - though I totally agree with the premise, the actual proposal is in the body. I suggest that a new discussion is cr-

I'm thinking that having the sensitive information removed from Rizzoma at least for the moment is the best bet until we agree upon a safer way to store it.

So long as Rizzoma still links externally to the Google Doc full of passwords (is that the only sensitive data we're talking about?)
