Character limit OpenCollective profile account info on registration form prevents people from joining

My friend tried to join but couldn't do so because there's a character limit on the Open Collective profile part of the registration form that doesn't allow enough characters.

I'm not sure who can change that, so tagging the tech folks @Nick Sellen @Nick S in case they know.
