What should be the first center for exchange?

It can be a park, a community center, a non-profit that lets people walk in and do exchanges, etc. It should be a non-commercial space. A cooperative, a library, etc. Ideally you can host events there too and that would need the person from that hub (center for exchange) to be a member who responds to requests to use the space to host events.
