Hi all, I'm looking for a new boss, do you have a vision for the worker co-op sector, can either think about big ideas for the sector, or wants to get their hands dirty with things like organising the worker co-op weekend.

Yes, it's election time for the worker co-op council at Co-operatives UK. There are four places up for grabs this year with some big hitters standing down. They meet at least four times a year and both act as a sounding board for the sector but also proactively developing new initiatives to support our 150 worker co-op members, and most importantly trying to keep me on the straight and narrow.
