I'm treating this as an agreement, because all those who didn't respond online were part of the proposal forming. In principle, I don't like doing this, because it leaves the documentation incomplete and opens space for confusion later. ("I didn't agree!")
We planned to celebrate results from our experiment with the Kitchen Steward, IT System Developer and Secretary roles on the 20th. If we do, Nuno will come together with his daughters. Because we value clear spaces (family time or work time, not both), Adrian and I consider it better to postpone the celebration.
I propose we cancel our meeting on the 20th and instead celebrate and evaluate our roles as part of the Veda Court experiment, in the royal rounds.

I like that the Veda Court experiment specifies times to meet, so I don't have to do scheduling here. Learned that in the process, while negotiating times with Adrian and Andrea.
