server admins and access control

Currently @vik, manu,me and @kumarshantanu has access. We should keep a gpg encrypted file to store passwords. I suggest @fayadfami and @akshay as new admins. Myself, Manu and Balu can continue to focus on poddery.com

really adding @akshay and @manukrishnantv (using geany-plugin-pg for encryption and seahorse-nautilus for decryption as vim gpg plugin cannot process Akshay's id)
