Potential resourced wünderbike project

LifeHack Labs is interested in procuring 6-7 bikes for the youth coming into wellington for the 2 week workshop.
As this is our whole fleet, I proposed that they could resource us to build 6 or 7 new wunderbikes that they could use, that would come back to wünderbike after two weeks. They have something around $300 - $400 to make this happen. The time frame is relatively short (they would need the bikes by Aug 19th).
What do people think about this idea?

Let's do it. I'll create a doodle to see when folks can have a working bee to ship up the shapes!
We'd want to have a working bee before Aug 19th to suss it all out. We can use the money to buy some pizza for the working crew and the rest to go into the Wünderbike coffers.

Would be great to see this happen. I don't have a lot of spare time or energy currently but could find a couple of hours this weekend before 4pm either day. And/or maybe an evening next week.

This sounds great. I'd be concerned about getting all our current wunderbikes back in time to be ready for this. I know I've lent 2 out in the last 2 weeks. Do we have any in right now? I think 6 is doable. With the cannondale, Marin and white cruisers which are all unpainted I think we'll be sweet. I can help this weekend.

Thanks for our meeting last week. It was good to hear your inspired stories, and definitely connect with Sarah and Donna on sharing those successes.
The answer is yes on allowing the bike borrow scheme in the Able Smith garages. We can consider this a parking use, and it would be good to activate this space during the day. We should probably think and talk about security, and continue to lock doors at night. I will adjust our agreement and forward to you for signature. If you can get the rubbish removed asap, because we don’t want to encourage continued dumping.
