This is our first onboarding ticket, so this is a de facto proposal for how to onboard people in general, as well as a ticket for onboarding @bonniefoleywong in particular. :-)

(P.S. Can a non-coordinator confirm whether they have access to the membership page? Do you have visibility into who is currently a coordinator?)

The coordinators right now are @ntnsndr @arminsteuernagel1 @tommcdonough and myself. Robin Chase has been invited but has not joined yet. I've made a ticket with more background.
