Legal structure(s) behind Breathing Games

We discuss the legal structure behind Breathing Games, in order to manage funds. Two options were discussed :
- to build a not-for-profit organization
- to keep Breathing Games as a global informal initiative, which would be supported by already existing national entities (fiscal sponsorship).
