Who shall we let into our FB Team & Collabs group + what shall we do with them?

We set up this group
https://www.facebook.com/groups/dignityplatform

but at time of writing, have 50 member join requests. Let's respond in SOME way to them. And have a plan for this group, or get rid of it?

I've updated the group description to this

Hello friends who've expressed interest in Dignity platform/ helping steer this ship.
I really appreciate your wisdom in this venture.
This group is for us to share updates, bounce ideas with you, and generally involve you in Dignity platform in a light way.
Let us know if you're interested in joining the Team (10+ hours per week, deferred payment. We're open to anyone joining the team, but are especially in need of a bookeeper, fundraiser, techies, marketing and legal people!)

*Thank you!

Join questions are

What is your intention in joining our Dignity collaborators group?
and
How would you like to support Dignity platform's growth?

Initial thinkings...
Any of us are welcome to accept join requests, so long as they've written (constructive) answers to those ^ questions.

No answers = Luke will reach out to them

It'd be nice to invite people to share a bit about themselves. Perhaps I'll make a 'welcome' post for that, and tag newbies in it.

Wondering about sharing people's answers to the questions, in the group.. maybe a 3rd question asking if that's ok.

I kinda think everything we'd post on our Page, we would post in the Group too (plus more involved / intimate stuff) so if you want to be more involved, you'd join the group and ignore / disable notifications from the Page. The Page is for newbies and people who just want the occasional broadcasts (keep in mind "audience" can only reply on Page, where as in Group, anyone can post)
