Some news about the Governance process and its allocation budget

Dear community,

The governance team has been working hard to move on little steps, taking care of practicing the method we praise for and taking care of its members.

Since the summit in Italy these are the tasks that had been collectively decided :
- Participatory budget : Done
- Governance redesign : Ongoing
- February Summit Organisation : to be done

With a budget of 700€ per month or 4200 € from sept to february, here is where we are :

Budget allocation decisions taken so far :
- Participatory budget : 500€
- February Summit : 2000€
- Use a Value Accounting / LiquidO mix for the ongoing governance tasks

I will receive the 500€ for my leadership on the participatory budget, since Fran & David didn't want/need/asked for some compensation.

The team working on the ongoing governance and mostly the QUEST process will figure out how to implement the P2P Value accounting with the remaining money, next Hangout to discuss on this is 24th November.
