The main concern is: who will manage the domain names?
Currently, the ex-coreteam members still own most of the access, and they can't transfer such an sensitive information to someone who has not been entrusted by all pirates.

All wee need is a name.

Short term proposal : top priority after the GA

The GA will give us a better overview of what we have, wich means we'll be able to clarify the situation just after.
Also, there is already many people involved with IT, and many ideas, plans and projects on these people's mind.
Then, I think before re-distributing admin access and going further with IT, we should first being sure we all have the same and clear view of the situation.

I'm tierce and I've made some contributions:

I have access to Infomaniak to handle the mailboxes and forwards.
I have access to the old server (live1) running the old drupal and the current wiki.
I have an automated backup of the current WordPress website and the Wiki.

I would like to have access to :

• Networking4All to handle the DNS of «our domains» to continue and improve my contribution more easily.
• Hetzner current hosting account to move the new website server to it or to handle the current dedicated server and hyervisor.

• move the wiki to a new up to date host up and put some httpS on it and improve its functionalities.
• setup a forum like Discourse, NodeBB, ...
• maybe Mattermost and/or keep our current Slack,
• maybe a Diaspora Pod hosted by us,
• update or improve of piratepad.be currently handled by @koendv .
