How do we enforce accountability?

Having Trello set up to track tasks, assign people to jobs & set due dates should be a great start with this. What else do we think may be needed?

We are trying to sign up for Trello but can't do to privacy or a bad url.

To continue on from my vote comment: When working together directly, to me "accountability" means that those assigned to a task should be reminding each other about work needed to keep the task moving. Indirectly, it means we should all be watching the jobs in the "In Progress" and "Takes Priority" lists and enquiring / reminding each other to keep them moving along.

@moniquekurdian these spreadsheets are helpful but as all the active jobs and their current status has now been transferred to Trello we shouldn't be making spreadsheets and asking for merging / input anymore. We have a single source of truth in Trello that is easy to update now and we should be using that for this kind of management.

Trello is a great starter until we find something better, but it solves accountability and deadlines, which would really help with this project.

I'm onboard with Trello as a useful interim tool. Lets just get on with using it until the limitations become too annoying and dysfunctional. I think we also need a bit of a accountability & responsibilities matrix which clearly sets out the expectations of each team member and also those assigned to a particular task. I will volunteer myself to draft this today (or tomorrow if I run out of time) and circulate a Loomio
proposal around it after we all agree on a teamwork ethic.
