If we set a plan and have weekly meetings, we will be able to create achievable goals and track our progress. Gaye, what are your goals for this project? What timeline are we working with? Who else is going to be involved?

My concern is that we get on and gel before I get into the ins and outs. I have a Professional background in People management and teaching and am disabled myself. My lifelong vision is for disabled people like me to be enabled to participate in work and earn a living to be independent. However, right now due to the Covid impact on work - we are the bottom of the pile. Anyone I work with has to be for disabled people and participation.

That makes complete sense. Yes we need to go over the detail of the programme. I think the best way top do this may be through zoom or facetime? If you prefer it to be over email that is okay. As you approached me, I would like to know your vision. I have not yet working with individuals that we are wanting to reach so I will be researching myself what I need to know in order to be the most equipped. If you could tell me about your background and what you have done before.

I think I get where you are coming from but I am a little confused due to the format and I don’t know which messages I am replying to. Can you clarify your mission and outline of the course? The purpose? Then we can discuss who are the right people needed to accomplish this mission. We need to look into qualifications that may need to be completed and safety measures put in place. Contacting people who have worked with disabled people before or have a passion and willing to learn, like myself.
At the moment it’s just you and me - however I would put a proposal to the Mono artists group we meet with once you and I have had a chat if that makes sense? I want to check the detail of the program to see what you think ? So do a explore meeting - before I/we know who would be involved - because it would depend on Vision/mission and values - what change we want to see in the participants ? Sad to happy. Disengaged to engaged and so on - then what kind of training and tutor/person - then the skills which are needed and whether or not we can train people or whether we can use internship, dance/arts students for example?
