[post - published Dutch] Explanation about participating in the elections

As discussed in the Piratelab of November, we want an article to explain what is necessary for participation in the elections: https://pad.pirateparty.be/p/Elections_2019 (see below) and

I created a first draft underneath the facts of the pad https://pad.pirateparty.be/p/Elections_2019

I just added a bunch https://pad.pirateparty.be/p/Elections_2019
I also think things are a bit different for the German part, so we should check that out a bit more as well.
And ofc the practical things I don't know like do you need permits to collect signatures in public space? How about flyering, hanging election-posters... What are the rules on expenses, income and donations, how to declare expenses, income and donations...

It is already quite complete. I should check tomorrow or the day after how it would look as an article.

There are still some open questions:
1. Can someone sign for multiple list in one election*?
2. Can people of parlament sign for multiple list in one election?
3. How about the whole German speaking part of Belgium? I have the impression that things there are quite different. Even if we don't dig through it, we should at least mention it and link to the relevant documents.

The part Kandidaatstelling also needs a bit more info (basically just the dates and places)

And then there's the Praktisch section. I've got some feedback from the person that did the West-Flanders election last time, but it needs a good write up + needs to be checked by others who have those experiences IMO

* Don't confuse election (regional, European...) with election day. There are multiple lists in one election, and there are multiple elections on the election day.

I don't see the requirement anywhere that you can not participate in different elections on the same day...

In https://verkiezingen.fgov.be/node/48485
Point 1. Verkiesbaarheid

Hm, indeed.

Hmmm, something else I'm wondering. What if you have X candidates for election A in district Z. Can you file the same list of people for the same elections for district Y?
The only thing I find is for EU elections: not in a different country.
They don't speak about this in the federal and Flemisch documents.

That means that we just need to find candidates for one list and we can use that list in all districts!

Nope. Because you can only be candidate in your own district (where your official address is).

Some people seem to think that, but that's not true;
Flanders: https://verkiezingen.fgov.be/kandidaten-hoe-zich-kandidaat-stellen/vlaams-parlement (point 1. 5.)

Federal(Dutch): https://verkiezingen.fgov.be/kandidaten-hoe-zich-kandidaat-stellen/kamer-van-volksvertegenwoordigers (point 1. 4.) "

EU(Dutch): https://verkiezingen.fgov.be/kandidaten-hoe-zich-kandidaat-stellen/europees-parlement (point 1.1.)
