Didn't go so well: Focus too focussed? Our focus was quite niche and therefore hard to communicate and activate support. A wider focus may resonate with a wider audience.

Didn't go so well: Our formats were too disparate and not clearly connected with our focus and what we were trying to achieve.
Verity: Next time, we should establish our action day focus before deciding on format, to ensure there is a clear connection.
Gianna: We should have one, clear format across Europe so that people can see a connection.

Didn't go so well: Timing. We started planning late, and our outreach to other movements was very late.

Went well: Press work. Many contacts from press agencies all over Europe were collected and contacted.

Went well: More city chapters took part than the previous action day, including more city chapter participation in offline formats.

Went well: Successful outreach and partnership working with other organisations. We surpassed our target of 50 organisations.

Went well: Webinars. A wide variety of brilliant speakers from various backgrounds shared a great deal of insight and knowledge.

It was lovely how the Chapters posted messages on the Inter-Chapter Support WhatsApp group throughout the Action Day. Next time we could encourage this more, especially in the lead-up to the event...encourage Chapters to post on the WhatsApp chat their visuals/ideas. This could encourage more inter-chapter support as people privately message each other with details about certain actions.

The Perspectives Webinar was really informative. Great speakers covering a range of perspectives. To further burst the bubble, next time you could pause after first speaker maybe and ask everyone to share the live feed on their social media platforms, "I'm watching this now..." - might get some more spontaneous watchers.
