Inclusivity, diversity & equality - thoughts?

Following on from today’s zoom call I wanted to check what people’s ideas are for exploring how to be an inclusive and diverse group? Is this something we would benefit from having a separate subgroup or as an overarching group to support all the subgroups? Has anyone got experience of being successful at ensuring inclusion and diversity are embedded across an organisation/movement?

I wonder if it would help to connect with existing organisations like Pan Africa, gender equality movements and see what is possible?
