We agreed by consensus on this vision for CoHOP:

The Collaborative Home Ownership Programme (CoHOP) is a system to support diverse, egalitarian communities, sharing human, natural and financial resources to provide access to secure homes for their members, and a model of sustainable, affordable housing for all New Zealanders.
