Who is using and supporting FairShares?

R Rory (FSA) Public Seen by 82

In preparing an EU project report I pulled together the attached information on early adopters of FairShares, people who have used the FairShares Rules Generator (https://sites.google.com/view/fairsharesrules), current FairShares members and FairShares Institute panellists.

Should I also list subscribers (financial supporters?)
Have I missed anyone out who thinks they should listed?
Does anyone not a member now want to apply for Labour or User membership?

Thanks Rory, Happy new year. Household purchase definitely a good one. Will contact Sam to discuss. Looking forward to this year for FairShares!

Hi James. Merry Christmas! I think this is a sound idea (thank your partner). I was thinking about how to sell it to the two outlets in my village I was going to try out first, but rewarding loyalty with shares is a strong selling point.

Met with people working with the Eastern European communities in North Yorkshire today - discussed setting up three FairShares companies - builders, mechanics and dentists!

Hi Guys,

Hot off the press here in Belgium - two organisations I'm working with keen to use FairShares:
* A co-housing start-up, so that all players (architect, builders, owners, renters, municipality, investors etc.) have a fair share of governance and wealth
* An organisation similar to evolutesix, but focussed on creating an ecosystem of start-ups in Brussels. All would also use FairShares, and the evolutesix self-governing deliberately developmental organisation form.
* And I've just been convincing a global charity to look at this ... they want a fractal organisation ... i.e., multiple companies ... FairShares enables all to have power and wealth sharing across the fractal.

Btw - the subscription approach is superb for us. We have subscribers, and reward loyalty. though to reduce our admin costs, we use currently self-tracking to define the benefit you get. You only get one share as labour / user etc. It gives you the right to share wealth - but how much depends on how long you are a subscriber, and other factors.

Cheers

Graham

Great progress being made by LocoSoco, negotiating distribution rights with 1000 companies in order to set up a FairShares company linked to communities to each one of them

He is doing some awesome work. With Thierry from China visiting to learn about FairShares in April, I wonder if something similar will happen in China over the next few years...

Resonate - the FairShares Platform Cooperative in Ireland have published a blog with this terrific graphic of how they make the FairShares Model work. Must do a best practice study aid.
