Meetup in Kerala Feb end/March start

I really don't want to identify people as women, dalits, adivasis, sexuality. Let be identify ourself as human beings or pirates. I think that is the best way to fight against discrimination.

I wish it was that simple. Pretending discrimination does not exist does not solve the underlying problem. Why do people make screen readers like orca, instead they can just assume everyone has eyes, no?

I did not say we do not have discrimination. We have. It is multiple forms and it is a part of evolution and was a self defence mechanism too. It not just based on cast. It has multiple forms in different context. It will always there in a hierarchical society. So best way is break the hierarchy, and address everyone equally

The problem is your simplification of the solution as just addressing everyone equally. Suppose five people are running a 100 meter race, 4 of them are string from half the mark and another from zero, we just pretend we don't see the discrimination and address all equally. Is that enough? What we should do is to make sure all gets the same opportunity. When someone is denied that opportunity for years, it needs corrective action.
