Discussion tags / keywords
I think a feature like this will help putting more structure in discussions and make them easier to find. For example, reading a discussion I could remember there was a similar one some time back. If discussions would have associated keywords I could click on the keyword and see what was discussed around the subject in all related discussions.
The implementation could be as keywords picked by the discussion author.
As a next step, this could enable users to subscribe to keywords/tags of interest and be notified when a new discussion is started on that topic. That will enable dynamic groups of people interested on a certain topic to focus on that topic.

The main priority right now is completing the transition to angular and Loomio 1.0. After that there are a range of priorities in the backlog at loomio.org/roadmap - Tagging is on this card https://trello.com/c/vqVDjxZ7

Without any context it's difficult to say what "high" means but yes, tagging should be a priority.

The term 'priority' relates to all sorts of short, medium and long term planning. I think the basic question here is important, but practically needs to be clarified. We're already seeing divergent readings of the proposal.
