Loomio Install

I installed Loomio step by step as per the instructions on https://github.com/loomio/loomio-deploy. The installation went fine with no problems. However, when I start the Docker , and monitor the logs, I get http://172.17.0.3:3000/cable Connection refused. It seems like the particular docker container does not allow incoming connections on port 3000, even though I did not touch any configurations.

This seems to result in the inability to get the emails working, since the worker 1 process does not run, and I can not even get into he system as the first set, and the emails is not going out, so I can get the credentials to log into to Loomio.

Please can someone assist.

Please create a pastebin or similar with your log output, that's necessary to understand this properly. It's likely to be a problem with your IP or domain name settings.
