If someone claims to be you, broadcasting a public memo while posting its content should be proof enough.

• To broadcast your ID, send at least 0.00001 BTS to bitshares-id from your public Bitshares account. Make sure to add the following data in the memo field: loomio id: "your username"

• Then you can post the Transaction ID,or its Block Number in this thread.
