Saw that shirish is in Foss community and Pirate movement group. I think he can be accepted

I have worked with him on Pirate Computing center in Pune and also in the debian/free software community. He was also an initial member of Pirate Party of India. I think he would be a good addition.

I have known Shirish from FOSSMeet and Pirate Party of India. I think his experience will be an asset to us.

@arkarjun it is a good idea to support only people you personally know and worked with, otherwise what is the point of this excercise?
