Expansion Phase II

We're working to try to take over the entire building

Right now Helena, myself and Calvin rent two rooms on the north side + occupy the kitchen

This brings in about $460 a week to cover the $1,000 a week building cost

Helena and I are planning to move out, so we'd like to explore other ways it can work

Ideas:
- anti-batch temporary shared sleeping loft space for anyone neededing a place to sleep + kitchen + showers for a few nights

• permanent private workshop setup spaces
