Candidates for Flemish / Federal list Antwerp
In Antwerp we are intensively gathering 2 x 500 signatures for a Flemish and Federal list. On the Flemish list, also people (M/F) from other Flemish provinces can be a candidate. On the Federal list, also people (M/F) from all over Belgium can be a candidate. You can only be a candidate for 1 list.
For practical purposes, I would add the condition that you have a functioning eID-cardreader and that you're able to put a signature through the online platform Martine.
1)Can you help collect some more signatures in the province of Antwerp until +/- tuesday?
2)Do you want to be a candidate on one of these lists?

Wat bedoel je Simon? Vrijdag 29 maart moeten de formulieren binnen, dus op papier nog handtekeningen van kandidaten heen en weer krijgen tussen Antwerpen en West-Vlaanderen gaat niet meer lukken, vrees ik. Bovendien stemmen we waarschijnlijk dinsdag pas de finale kandidatenlijst. Het lijkt me dus praktischer om het online te doen, maar dan heb je een eID-kaartlezer en functionerende software nodig (niet evident). Eventuele kandidaten kunnen me dat hier laten weten of via [email protected] of via Facebook (Antwerpse Piratenpartij).

Ik denk niet dat Simon het heeft over zich kandidatuur stellen, maar wel over het helpen verzamelen van de 2x500 handtekeningen ;)
Btw, voor zij die het niet weten; Antwerpen heeft sowieso ook al een Vlaamse lijst. De parlementariers hebben voor zowel A'pen als W-Vl getekend.

Ik ben nauwelijks/niet meer actief in de Piratenpartij, maar ik ontvang wel nog de mails die gestuurd worden naar contact at pirateparty.be, en de boodschappen van het contactformulier op de Belgische website (die ook naar dat mailadres gestuurd worden). Ik wilde me er even van verzekeren dat die mails beantwoord of geforward worden, omdat er in veel gevallen geen antwoord/forward is met het contact-adres zelf in cc.
De voorbije maanden waren er tientallen mails van geïnteresseerden, mensen die willen helpen en zelfs een paar die wilden opkomen bij de verkiezingen. Een voorbeeld: Karen uit Lint, heeft gemaild op 6 maart, wil graag op een lijst van de Piraten staan. Hebben jullie contact met haar gehad?

I gave up making a list for Flemish Brabant and would actually suggest to support pro (list of citizen lists) instead or advising them to join Antwerp/West Flanders lists.

@josse , that's not really relevant to my remark, I suppose you wanted to reply to the main subject in this thread.
So back to my worries. First of all, I really don't want to blame anyone for anything. Josse does a lot of good work for the Pirate Party. I on the other hand didn't reply to those emails either. I just want to point out a possible problem, and hope we can find a solution for it.
I think the main problem is multiple people, certainly on the Flemish side, who are/were part of the group which receives everything sent to the contact email have become inactive (examples: Sarah and me), but they weren't replaced with new active people. So now Josse remains as the only Flemish person who replies from time to time, but hasn't got the time to answer everything. The obvious solution seems to add more people to the group / mailing list (and maybe kick some inactive ones like me). Agree to some simple rules like always replying with the contact address in cc, so others see which mails have already been treated.
FYI, the address is not that busy. At the moment, in the run-up to the elections, it's a few mails per week. At other times the address can go weeks without a mail.
We always have the problem of not enough people being actively involved in the Pirate Party. So when people call out saying they want to help, we really should not leave their emails unanswered.

In West-Vlaanderen zijn sinds gisteren alle handtekeningen binnen voor het Vlaamsparlement.
Ik ben dit weekend in Antwerpen. Als jullie mij de kandidaten lijsten bezorgen, doe ik nog een poging om er op papier te krijgen.
