Supporting non-English users
If someone emails email@example.com in English or Spanish, we can handle that, but what should we do when we start receiving support requests in Portuguese, Romanian, French, etc?
How should we communicate our limited support capacity?

Would it be possible to post the content of an non-english/-spanish email in a translator group where it could be translated so You can formulate an answer that also can be translated? Perhaps, it takes some days but it would be better then nothing. And we could formulate a email in all languages that are available now to respond immediately with something like "Thank You for Your interest. We received Your mail and we need some time to translate and answer it. Please be patient." What do You think?

We can't afford to spend a lot of time answering support emails so the solution needs to be very quick. So far I have just been using Google Translate and it does a 'good enough' job.

Not sure how many emails are received in other languages to justify a change..
