Drinks AND FRIDGES for all
The order with Längert is cancelled due to the fact that we did not get enough €€€€ in the order to qualify.
the problem
It has become clear that, in order for us to get fridges along with our drinks, we cannot rely on Nordmann. Nordmann has a total of 6 fridges, which is not enough by far for the total of Kiez burn (2 already reserved for Underworld). Apparently he is super confused about the concept and has been double booking his fridges. Not a reliable partner, so therefore we need to switch.
I have asked around and looked into the topic with 6+ different drink suppliers and even event rental services and it is extremely hard to still get fridges (apparently a much-desired item).
the solution
However! we got Quartiermeister!! They are a reliable partner from last year, friendly and organized!
Because it is important to me to get cold drinks whereever I go, and ppl have fresh food that is not rotten, I will try on Monday to get this order through.
Please fill in by Sunday Midnight 3/06 all the drinks you want in the second tab and we can see what we can do. Try to keep an open mind and don't come with special brands of mate or so.

- I will check in with Quartiermeister on prices and availability of the drinks on Monday
- As soon as I have the info, I will check in with everyone through the contact that is in the spreadsheet
- you let me know after that asap if you are still interested
- an order will be placed and money will change hands (process tbd)

Nur um den Kontext nochmal zu schildern: wir sind ein Berliner Verein das seit Jahren Kunst und Kultur events organisiert rundum Berlin. Kiez Burn ist jetzt 2 Jahren alt, und fürs erste Mahl in das wunderschöne Meck-Pomm :) Wir freuen uns sehr auf der Zusammenarbeit mit Kulturgut Freiland e.V. Das Event/Festival findet statt von 20-24/06 mit Aufbau von den Freitag 15/06. Falls alles gut laüft dieses Jahr, hoffen wir auf einem Jährlichen Zusammenarbeit.
Die Bestellung:
Ich habe das alles überarbeitet und gematcht. Bitte finden Sie die Getränke liste unten. Neben der Rechnung, müssten wir auf jedenfall wissen wieviel die Kosten sind pro Getränk Kasten & Kühltruhen sodass wir das intern gut verrechnen können.

I will get an offer today from Längert. Quartiermeister in the end proved a bit too far away from our site unfortunately (would have been great though!!!)

25€ cost of the last regular normal fridge available.
100€ ist the cost of the car trailer fridge/ PKW Kühlanhänger (80 cranes/Kasten)
40€ is the cost of the big fridge/Kühltruhe (20 cranes/Kasten)
if needed the camps who want to share them will have to share the cost for the big fridges. You need to book with him he car trailer fridge/ PKW Kühlanhänger (80 cranes/Kasten) and the big fridge/Kühltruhe (20 cranes/Kasten) + the last normal fridge if you need them!!

I have the offer of Längert, which contains 5 fridges. These are somewhat more expensive than Nordmann, so I suggest to mix it up a little bit.
- 3x Kühlschrank: 80€
- 2x Kühltruhe: 50€ (6-8°C)

@waldo SUESSKIEZ got one fridge from Nordmann, but it's definitely not enough (they promised us x2 and then subsequently let us know about the f*&k up so we are left hanging a bit). Is there a chance we could hop onto your order with Langert and get an additional Kühltruhe? What are you guys doing re" fridges? And thank you for doing the additional research <3

Hey Waldo. Our backup fridges option for Flow camp has just fallen through. What's the chance we can get one or two of these Kühltrue/Kühlschrank? A bit late I know but now we're in a bit of a pickle.
