the caravan cant be moved until the poles for the deck are installed. This could be prioritised if there is a need to move the caravan soon.

Once container is transformed to tiny home enough that interior needs to be renovated workaway people move to new accommodation quarters.

Which quarters are these? Under the house? If so, under house apartments would need to be finished construction first.

Most likely Moniques shed as an interim until something else is built or agreed upon before she moves there in September. There is still be atleast two months to resolve this.

Once interior renovations are complete Sun and Kittea vacate "Sam's" room to live in tiny home.

Finance of this project is to be discussed when we go to refinance the mortgage.
Financially we will seek either to include the estimated $30k build into the refinancing of the property (paying all extras involved in that). Alternatively we would seek our own finance elsewhere.

We also plan to come to an agreement on what energy/$ has gone into the existing infrastructure and pay for that either by upfront payment to ELF via finance or via standard rental/equity exchange whatever is deemed acceptable by ELF members.
