Creation of Foundation Document
We do need a proper foundation document that we all feel aligned on, I spoke to Stephen Alexander and he will be around the house at least once a week, because he is now working with ConsenSys so he agreed to walk us through the document creation process and we can formulate the document. @pospi

This proposal did not conform to the "1 week to vote" standard but since it's something we already agreed on long ago I am happy to let that slide, so long as everyone votes yes.
