Scheduling regular ad hoc meeting times, twice monthly

At the UniteWNC coordination meeting on June 6, we identified a need to set regular twice monthly in-person meeting times for folks working with UniteWNC to meet up. Let's decide when those times should be.

These were the most popular monthly times in the survey - following Tracy's suggestion, I allocated them among weeks in the month to avoid overlap with UniteWNC monthly coordination meetings. Location TBD.
2nd Monday of the month: 5:30 - 7:30 pm
3rd Saturday of the month: 9 - 11 am
4th Saturday of the month: 2 - 4 pm
For example, in August 2017 this would be the schedule:
Monday August 14, 5:30 - 7:30 pm
Saturday August 19, 9 - 11 am
Saturday August 26, 2 - 4 pm

Love the idea of rotating days of the month. The needed discipline is now to take notes and share them after each meeting.

Here's the response from Ian at Mojo, please let me know what I should tell him:
We would certainly be interested in hosting Meet the Geeks/UniteWNC. For us, the 2nd Monday evening would probably be best. If there is usually going to be less than 10 people, the upstairs conference room may be a good fit, or the event space downstairs.
Is there anything specific needs you have other than the space to meet? Would Meet the Geeks/UniteWNC be able to offer some sort promotion for Mojo as trade?

Regarding needs: the wishlist that I have would be wifi, a projector and screen, whiteboard, and room conferencing system so that remote folks could call in. But I would consider those wants rather than needs.
Regarding promotion as trade: certainly seems like a reasonable request, but I'm not sure what we can offer? Acknowledgment on our website, and any other materials we produce (e.g., if we had a newsletter; summit proceedings?)?
