At the UniteWNC coordination meeting on June 6, we identified a need to set regular twice monthly in-person meeting times for folks working with UniteWNC to meet up. Let's decide when those times should be.

Why don't we try to use "Time Poll" in Loomio? Has anyone tried that? Does it work?

Monday 5:30 - 7:30 and Saturday 9-11 and 2-4 were the top preferences. Where can we meet? Any volunteer coworking space to host us? Should we do 3 times a month, one each time slot and leave the first week open because we have our monthly meeting then?

Makes sense to me - we can also get started by meeting in public places, since I expect this would be a relatively small and informal group.

Tracy, I like your idea. That way most people will be able to make at least 1-2 of the meetings.

These meetings will provide a regular time and space for people working with UniteWNC to informally gather and discuss UniteWNC / initiative tasks, other relevant topics, and just spend time together. Kendra created a survey to get ideas of when the meetings should be: see the survey results here.
