Membership meeting
We would love to get together to chat about a variety of things! I have done some times, but you can always add new proposed times.
There has also been a proposal to also include residents in the first part of the meeting so that they can begin to understand processes/ask questions/etc.
First, what is your availability and second, how should we include residents? Also, what should the cadence of these be? We haven't been very good a monthly thing, so maybe our goal should be quarterly instead?

Hooray! Seedlings on the 2nd floor. Patrick, Wally's book cabinet can move to the third floor, Research Station. He is already aware that it will move. We just need to let him know.
Host seeds in the hallway to the conference room on the second floor opposite the bathrooms. We will use 3 folding tables along that wall and install florescent grow lights from the ceiling that can be removed and stored after the seedlings have matured. Roz, Michelle, and Katie (collaborator) will be tending to their growth. Mid Feb - Mid- April 2019. This is a part of the 2019 Seeds to Soil : Living Labyrinth activation.

Residents to join for the first half or first 3/4s of the meeting. I would like for us to emphasize the daily efforts and issues shared by all IRL stakeholders. I am not included in this group and I hope that I can provide info wherever needed to support progress. #overcommunication
