Yay! More cool tools to connect us! Of course, that is the whole point of what the software we are building... tools to connect people in more closely in-line with our instinctual tribal ways.

I am Ray Powell. I have been programming computers since the age of 7 in 1980. I have been working with Dakota for a few months now and I have never felt more inspired or connected to Source and my mission. Dakota, and many of the other associates of the Tribe are a true inspiration.

My intention is a return of that inspiration to others through my offerings which I hope I will find time to share more specifically very soon. I have done it probably 3 times already in various venues that have been created. I made a request to Dakota for him to speak on behalf of my specific requests for access to funds, as well as explaining my contributions and role. That may or may not happen, and I will be glad to continue to share any and all information about myself as time allows.

Right now, I need to get back to coding as we have a new member of the tech team on board, and I have a list of several key tasks.

Great news to report quickly:

2) I think we have clarity and support now for the Microsoft .NET platform for backend systems development. This is based on long discussions with many groups working in the New Earth software creation venue.

I have ideas. Every day I make myself ill with the solutions I see to our collective societal issues. I was sheltered during childhood, took a nap most of my life apparently, and now I am trying to catch up on parenting my two children, learning the depths of depravity to which humanity has plunged, and also investigate the heights to which we may rise. I am licensed as an art teacher, but want no part of programming our coming generations this way.

In my time on this planet, I have worked hard and suffered much pain and endure many negative feeling (Mostly my own unconscious fault). Now I want to be happy and serve the world. I served my Country, for men that do not care for its Citizens. I served the Corporate world, only to see the greed and corruption. I served my community, only to see it continue to die off, due to lack of resources. I see the destruction on our Planet, with only a few trying to save her. I see children the dreams of children take away, and the seniors struggling to make ends meet.

I have seen more than enough, to know that we need better systems and ways, so that ALL can be free to follow their Passion, be supported and to live life to the fullest.

I'm a thinker, I'm a doer at times, yet most of all I seek my mind for solutions to problems. When I hear of the obesity problem with youth and drinking soda pop, I knew we had to find a better beverage. So I started a company that collected birch sap from birch trees. It lead to the development of Semintha Nutraceuticals http://seminthanutraceuticals.com/ My plan was to create the biggest birch sap water company in the world. See what it creates in another couple of year.

With my ongoing research, I discovered Chaga mushrooms that grow on birch trees in the highest vitamin c of any plant product in the world. Many people make Chaga Tea, for many of the health benefits that Chaga has to offer us. I watched a lot of the gold shows on TV like Bering Sea Gold, and Yukon Gold. I know that we had gold deposits near where I lived and I started to prospect and researched the area. What I discovered was one on oldest Copper mines in North America, in Tilt Cove, NL. I was able to secure 3 mineral leases from the old tailing pile, that was dumped in the the ocean and settling for the last 50 years. So Last summer I dove on the site and recovered samples. The analysis showed 0.3g to 1.2g/ton of GOLD on the surface of the ocean floor. I have estimated that there is about 3 million ton of tailing laying on the ocean floor. $30M potential.

So I started "North Atlantic Gold" - Underwater is our Frontier. Next step is to conduct more sampling across the lease and deeper to get more reading of gold, copper and other minerals. Once we know the size and yields, we can then start dredging operations and recover the Gold, Copper, etc. This is a 2-5 year project with good potential for ROI.

My Latest project to get off the ground, is the development of a Graphite Mines. Yes we have to scar mother earth, yet there will be so much benefit for our world that I choose to go forward with the project. Graphite is the mineral of the future. From it we create Graphene, and from that we can create Graphene Solar Paint and Graphene Supercapacitors for generating energy and batteries for Electric Cars, thus reducing our need for oil. We can create a Paint on Radiator to heat our homes and offices, thus reducing our power bills and saving energy from Coal, Nuclear, and Mega Hydro Dams. Creating a better environment. Once the ore has been mined, we can remediate the site for a solar farm, or onshore fish farm. From Destruction comes Creation.

Yet while I sit and wait I dream of my passions, and wish that I could be closer to them. What is my passion? To own or sail around the world on a 40'-80' schooner. Going to small coastal villages and helping them to become sustainable. To help them sell local goods, by transporting them to the larger markets. To enjoy Life, bring Love, Joy, and Happiness.

In Time I have much to offer, and I offer what I have to the world, as I have always. I help those on the street, I give food, I give Money, and I even give my home. I have given my time and my skills to help others. I give my heart and even shared my tears. For I know what it is like to live on the street and have nothing to my name. I have lived and experience much in my 46 years in this Human form. Is there a reason we would choose Microsoft instead of using linux? We seem to be promoting an open-source, open-media, FREE approach to all things.

Ubuntu Linux would be better aligned to our collective.

As for the future sale of Chaga, there are many avenues.

1. The Best way may be through Amazon. I can harvest the Chaga, process, package and send to Amazon for Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) They will take care of all shipping, reorders, and payments etc.

So 1,000 Pounds of Chaga will make 4,500 units of 100g pack of Chaga Powder

20Lb box with 90, 100g packs. Total of 50 boxes

Can send 4-5 boxes per month to Amazon for resale

1. I have local health food shops and stores that love to carry Chaga for resale. We can offer a wholesale price of $15/pk and they can sell for $20-25

Past customers continue to get repeat orders and new orders are coming in all the time. I have about 20-30 orders to fill now.

1. Website. We can either sell directly from www.chagadiamiond.ca or we can forward them to Amazon, for the sale.

2. We can sell through ASC web store also, once fully operational

3. Once we secure larger harvest amounts, we can get into Chaga Pods (I have design and co packer lined up for production) and we can sell at Whole Foods, and or other health chains.

4. There will always be Face Book and social media for a marketing/sales. We can also connect with other IC, Health Resorts, groups to our Chaga Products

As for how to sell the Chaga to ASC members, we can offer 50/50. Each 100g pack of Chaga will be sold a $20 value $10 keys and $10 Cash (To cover operational cost)

As for the investment of $5K from ACS. How about an offer to ACS of 20- 25% on the net profit for the First year sales and 10-15% each year there after?

The costs for production
1,000Lbs of Chaga $1,500
4,500 Package/label $5,000
Labour/supplies $8,000
Operation Cost $2,500

Total $17,000

$90K - $17K = $73K

$73K - $6K loan/interest = $67K

Take away taxes and Amazon fees, possible $30-50K Net

Year 1 @ 25% $7,500 to $12,000
Year 2+ @ 15% $4,500 to $7,500

Plus ASC gets back it initial loan of $5K

As the Business grows we can develop more Chaga products and build the business.

I can share many opportunities, and will in the future. This is just my first proposal to see what the procedures are, what is being offered for assistance and to see how we can work together.

"Hi Z Lotus,

I love to send some. The issue is I have none. This is why I submitted the proposal. To get the funds to go harvest the Chaga.

The area that I harvest Chaga is a 3-hour drive, one way. So when I go I usually sat at a hotel for a couple of days. to make it worth going. (My Company (I'm a co-founder of Semintha Nutraceuticals http://seminthanutraceuticals.com/) and we have 300 acres of birch forest, and I can harvest freely there.

It cost me about $240 in gas (to and from, traveling the back woods). $40-60 per day for food. The hotel is $180/night. So if I stay for two nights I'm looking at a $500 a trip. I can get about 80-100lb a day if in a good area. So 200-300lbs in 3 days of harvesting

Then when I get home I have to dry the Chaga, then process it, package it, label it, and then its ready to sell.

So if I can get 200lbs, (90kg/90,000g) that will make about 900, 100g pk.

I can sell for $20/pk * 900 = $18,000

Take off the $500 and about 80-100 hours.
Harvesting/drying/processing/packaging @ $25/hour or $2,500

$18,000 - $2,500 - $500 = $15,000 net - the samples 10%

I have a hand grinder, yet it not the best for grinding the Chaga, hence why I need to buy a commercial grinder ($1000)

The best time to harvest Chaga is late fall/winter/early spring. Once the leaves are on the trees, it much more difficult to see the Chaga and moving through the woods.

I send info to Teahna Kaiee also. She wanted to have a meeting and discuss further.

I'm open to reducing the loan to $2000 to cover the cost to get grinder and trip to the harvesting site for a couple of days, so I can get in a first harvest. The weather is nice so I may camp out and save a few dollars. :)

I'm going to get back to Teahna, and see about setting up a meeting.

So with @Cari Lila Frances, stating that the budget is tight ($11 million in assist and all the Keys that were just purchased) I'm not sure what to do about this proposal.

If I can not make an income, or get a loan where there is no money, I guess, I will let the proposal run its time and or do I just pull it now?
