Deuren inkomhal - Doors entrance

De glazen deur in de inkomhal, sluit niet altijd goed af. Gelieve er bij het buiten-/binnengaan steeds op te letten dat de deur in haar slot springt. Het gebeurt regelmatig dat de deur tegen staat, doch niet in het slot springt.

Om inbraken te voorkomen:
- als je iets of iemand verdacht/onbekend merkt, verwittig de syndicus of iemand van de beheerraad. (De contactdetails staan afzonderlijk gepubliceerd.)
- laat in GEEN geval mensen binnen die je niet kent: als je zelf binnenkomt/buitengaat, of als mensen bij u aanbellen met de vraag hen binnen te laten.
Als zij geen sleutel hebben, of wanneer de deur voor hen niet geopend wordt, laat hen NIET binnen. Indien mensen brutaal of onbeleefd worden, verwijs naar de policy van het gebouw.

U begrijpt dat deze maatregelen ook u kunnen behoeden van ongemakken.

The glass doors in the entrance hall do not always close well. Please make sure when entering/leaving the building that the door has been closed well. Often it looks like it is locked, but it isn't. So please verify.

In order to prevent burglars in the building:
- Should you see something suspicuous, warn the property manager or someone of the Supervisory Council. (Contactdetails are published separately.)
- do NOT let people in if you don't know them yourself - when you are entering/leaving the premises. If they do not have a key, or when the door is not opened for them (after they rang the doorbel), do not allow them to enter. (If they become brutal/impolite, it is a policy of the building.)
Even so, if someone rings the doorbel and request via the videophone to let them in. Again, if you do not know them, do NOT let them in.
