Rule 8

I wonder if hackspace rule 8 satisfies our needs with a growing member base. Do we need to revise the wording and review the process?

"Larger/more items may be allowed, but please note that space is limited. You must email the mailing list first, and items should be clearly labelled as yours, and with the date they will be removed by. (We have Do Not Hack stickers in the office area on the ground floor.)"

So, where's the API and voting history?

IMAO the way Loomio is supposed to be used is discussion of an issue first followed by proposals when it looks like an informal consensus is emerging. Both the issues so far have opened with a concrete proposal. Going straight to proposal can be polarising and with the Loomio voting system designed for consensus not very productive when controversial issues are discussed.
