Feature request: completely new functionality - a Participation Table

Context: we are a co-op for electric car sharing. To grow, we usually go present ourselves in some neighborhoods, at a member's home. Whenever we have such a request, we throw this in the group of buddies at Loomio. We use 'Count' function for this.

Expected behaviour: not much discussion, just a check 'yes' or 'no'. Everybody votes. The person who takes 'yes' as first, will go.

Observed behaviour: 22 views, 2 people indicated 'no', thread closes without one single 'yes'.

A lot might cause this, I agree.

But I was thinking to have a kind of table, in which people can fill there status.

In this way, the group of buddies sees at one glance who is an active buddy, who goes to a certain event, see how many events are orphans... In this way I hope to get some more interaction between the buddies and some more succesful events organised.
