When? And where?

We've committed to holding these events in the first half of 2016 - though we haven't made any decisions beyond that point.
The events will probably take 1 - 1.5 days (depending on feedback from you all.
My initial feeling was that the first holiday period would be best, though I'm keen to see what others think.
Even though it's still early days, it might also be useful to have a think about potential venues.

Reasons for the weekend are valid and if people know now they can plan for it.

This avoids Easter and ANZAC day. For universties this should also work well: not during mid-semester break and several weeks out from exams.

Great - we have our first decision! The sprints are pencilled in for the final weekend of the holidays - 30 April - 1 May. Thanks all.
