Target people to come join this group

Normally, you are targeting people who you would like to come join the group. They can be Twitter employees or tech heavy weights or others.

There is a semicircle that is created and then you make very boxes and on the far left side are people who are on your side, and so on, until you get to people who will never move to your side.

Once that graphic is created, you are trying to move each of the various kinds of people to the left.

What i totally agree with is in short: loomio for decision/making (only), slack for in-depth and on surface discussion, that eventually bring up the desire to make a group decision.

If we would only have an agreement on that! Since more people are writing on loomio i feel totally lost, since topics are popping out like mushrooms and the only thing i get are a lot of emails, instead of "proper" slack communication. Some people like @marklatham are setting up threads for new people getting on board, but apart from that, i think we lack a communication that gives people the fast insight what's going on in the different topics, well i'd prefer channels.

Now decisions are made that are not lacking the interest, but lacking informed members. Since not many people are reading this now, I am not sure how to bring structure back. I could make a proposal, but what authority do we have? What we need is an agreement upon how this whole makes decisions.

Does that resonate with you?

Does that mean, this thread should be deleted?

I think it's OK to leave it in case someone had the same question you did :)
