Incorporation of Picton Dawn Chorus Incorporated

We need a minimum of 15 members before we can submit our registration papers. Please can we all pop in to the Aquarium where the membership registration papers are awaiting signatures. There is no cost involved, just your name so we can move on.

I am attaching the suggested rules which John has worked on and which seem all encompassing..

Any comments or questions are welcome.

We still need members' signatures before we can proceed with the incorporation. If you come in to Picton, you can sign up with me or at the Aquarium. Please try and do this in the next day or so. There is no cost, nor obligation involved!

PDG incorporation documents completed and sent to the Companies Office in Auckland for registration. If all is in order PDG will be a registered incorporated society by about Monday 7 September. Regards John

Hi James. PDC is now a Registered Incorporated Society as of 28 August 2015. I have attached the Certificate of Incorporation. Regards John
