Approve Clear Honest Design's application to join CoTech

HR Harry "Outlandish" Robbins Public Seen by 85

Clear Honest Design are a worker co-op that build websites and campaigns for ethical brands and causes.

They've worked with The Small Axe and are well known to us here at Outlandish.

Their website clearly states that they are a worker co-op run in accordance with the co-op principles (see bottom of https://clearhonestdesign.com/) and they're in the process of joining Co-operatives UK.

Yay! CHD are our newest members!

I believe they meet the membership requirements and would be a great asset to CoTech.

Their LLP Agreement isn’t published, would be interested to see if they use Coops UK’s model worker coop one! Principle Six’s one attached out of interest ...

They are converting to an Ltd (to make tax and accounting easier) and talking to co-ops uk about it. I'll mention the model articles here: https://www.uk.coop/developing-co-ops/model-governing-documents - anything else I should point them to?
