How would we help to self-organize this?
How could folks sign up? spreadsheets aren't very user friendly, cumbersome. maybe a form? what other ways?

here's a skeleton schedule based on last year's.
I left a few familiar names and scheduled events as examples, like the Occupy Press Call

I would so volunteer, but I do not think I can manage this caravan and get a presentation together. I might be able to do a impromptu one, but that will depend on lots of things.
