Idea: Allow users to include their contact info in their profiles

We can get into specifics in a proposal, but the idea is that, right now, it's hard to send someone a message or "friend" them through Loomio; there's no private messaging (can't chat, nor ask for contact info), and we can't find each other on other sites because we don't know each other's usernames!
This would arguably also make it unnecessary for private messaging to be implemented on Loomio; users can contact each other some other way... but only if they can trade contact info.
It's important for users to be able to control the privacy permissions/visibility of their data, but again, we can save those specifics for a particular proposal.

Communication between members is important particularly if the discussion is not related to the group or discussion directly.

I think it would be ok for a user to optional make the information public, but I agree the option to hide it and require consent is a good idea.

@gregorycassel @sirwumpus IMO it's nice to see a little email icon next to someone's email address, the twitter logo/bird next to their Twitter username/URL, etc, don't you? Again, these fields would be optional. And we can add a text area if you want; that sounds great to me.

@elimisteve perhaps simply "Contact Info". I think that either "Profile" or "About Me" would be fine, too. It might be best to get more feedback and ideas before creating a new proposal.

@sirwumpus For this proposal, I meant having designated fields per each service: "Email", "Twitter", and "Other URL". Shall I add a "Bio" text area to this proposal?
