Establishing an internal money-time fund, a one-year pilot project.

Big thanks to those who have voted! There are definitely elements that need clarifying but I believe it is part of the pilot.
It seems the easiest if we create a shared spreadsheet where each co-op could log their inputs, be it on weekly, monthly or even, since it's a voluntary pilot and people might decide to join during the year, annual basis. It would be great to start pinpointing details and setting up the account soon, but we could distill and agree on the process at the next gathering?
