Conscious Business Canvas: We Love . . .
Describe the people you most love to help (ideal customers who are resonant with you), 3 to 4 primary customer avatars (demographics and psychographics, their values, what they are about).

The people I most love to help / work with:
Second-chancers: people who are given a second chance, whose 1st chance was not successful, in recognition that mistakes imply learning implies improvement.
Intolerables: people I cannot tolerate, because they have the most to teach me about my pre-conceptions, in recognition that diversity implies learning implies improvement.

If I'm thinking "who does UniteWNC love to help" -- I'm thinking every "group" the can be positively impacted by integrating technology into their activities. Alternatively, it could be that we love to help those working in areas that impact the lives of the greatest number of people: transportation, energy, food, education, healthcare, communication

Let's bring this conversation to conclusion before our meeting next Tuesday. IN summing up the above, how does this sound for our "We Love" statement:
We love to help people who are on the fringes of communities and systems connect and belong to the greater whole. This includes seniors who are not tech savvy, people living in poverty, rural WNC, and anyone wanting a way to contribute their gifts to the region.

I think it's missing the piece about people who are innovative, wanting to experiment with new models, wanting to be collaborative, etc.

We also love helping people who support our value of preserving and broadening our quality of life.

There are a ton of regional organizations already helping all of these populations. I see our customers as all of these organizations trying to do good work but being faced with budget cuts, tight resources, silod information, etc. I want to help existing organizations serve their customers (all the populations mentioned above) more effectively, more efficiently, more sustainably (not just in the green sense but in directions that align with where society is heading due to further integration of technology).

Tracy, what would you propose?

I would love to help people that have or need talent and want to make a difference, but are struggling. It just seems that many people are misaligned or don't have the knowledge or resources to do amazing things. I would love to help people that want to Thrive, but are struggling. I think much of the struggle is just a mismatch between talents and opportunities.
