Goodness only knows what planet I was on when I wrote the date for the meeting tonight as happening in May - it is tonight, Thursday June 8th. Here are the minutes from our meeting last week. @markgalbraith has also drafted a report summarising the research into the financial model that he'll attach separately.

Important things from the meeting:
- HUI: We will be holding a hui on Sunday June 25th to get feedback on the financial model, the formation of the trust and for expressions of interest in becoming trustees. The usual work will need to be done to get this sorted. I will start a new thread for this.

• Comms - blog about some good news/unusual stories of housing in Paekakariki.

• Workstream leaders to ask for help from people who expressed interest at the last hui ahead of June 25th.

• @markgalbraith to liaise with @mikestringfellow and @danielmcclellan about roofing work to happen at Tilley Road.

The next workstream meeting is on Thursday July 6th at 7:30 at Tina's 99 Tilley Road. Please put this in your diaries.
