Table at SotM
Hi all. As a Local Chapter we've been offered a table at State of the Map 2019. Anyone want to take up this offer?

Sounds like we have no takers for a table at SotM then. There is always the OSMF table - we can arrange to meet people there and/or drop leaflets there.

There may end up being a shared local chapters table as an option. You could then state "office hours", i.e. someone from the UK will be near the table at set times.
The schedule has quite a strong UK representation this year, I've noted the very UK-focused talks...
* Sunday 11:30, HSO - Our Falkirk...
* Sunday 14:30, GHS - Mapping Solar panels...
* Sunday 15:00, GHS - National Trust...
* Sunday 16:30, GHS - Notes: can we do better...(Edinburgh focus)*
* Sunday 17:00, KHS - Local Chapters Congress (I will have to miss it)
* Monday 10:30, GHS - Mapping Mobility in Stockport...

Part of me wants to say yes, but the other part of me wants to enjoy the conference without being tied down. Plus, i'd want to be more organised with some resources (banner, case studies, video presentations, etc.) and I don't think we have enough time. Running a table came up before for a London geo conference and we had similar response.....do we want to get ourselves organised for the next time?
