Feel like there is a real opportunity to explore what a collaborative "community hub" might look like in South AKL.
However, the overall costs around this seem quite lite. And feels like there is a significant skew towards subsiding a building lease for them.

I'm not sure if high risk whanau will access services at a hub. plus transport is always an issue.

Another proposal that is fixing the 'hard to navigate' social and community services space. Not sure a physical premises is right solution. Perhaps this needs to be a cluster that has a well designed innovation process that spans a number of communities.

i think that this has innovation potential and they obviously have developed good trust based relationships with their community - just unsure about the high ask for rent ...
