We as an institution need to know what we want to be. We will have a set of values and practices that excite students to come here. This will be evidence of our distinctiveness and we will seek to recruit those students that are the best fit for our institution and support and encourage those who aspire to join us. Our budgets will be open and transparent and demonstrate our commitment to, and be measured against, these values and practices.
