The nomination of charter members for 2018 as completed, and Vick Vergara as part of the CRO team has asked if we can do "formal approval from Board".
Reading the Elections 2018 page there is indeed a sentence "CRO to present candidate list to the board for approval". This is usually a closed door meeting, incase there is any discuss requested by members of our community with respect to the candidates.
The email sent to [email protected] titled " Charter Member elections results" indicates this meeting is not necessary:
All the candidates[2] are accepted as all of them were seconded by at least one existing charter member and no veto was raised
